I am happily surprised when I intercepted a web site of my Political Party, OPDO. I have never known about the launching of this web site ever before. I think it is not promoted or announced by any foreign-reaching media. I am equally surprised when I came across a paltalk chat room that sympathizes OPDO/EPRDF. It is many steps foreward to me. These beginnings are some of the means we should use to reach the disinformed silent majority of the diaspora and free it from where they are hostaged by few vocal extremist elements. What I want to comment is only the quality of the language/English we are using on the website. As it is something that we display it online, writings should pass through serious edition, both the language and the concept. Well done!!!! See also the attachment.

The formation of OPDO 18 years ago was a historic phenomenon to lead the struggle by mobilising the people of Oromia in alliance with EPRDF for victory was not an easy task. I would like to ask you some thing about especially Wombera Oromo and even Metekel Oromo. I hope you have more idea about those society. By the time they are in hard problem, because no room for Oromo educators even after they finsh there education form higher educational institutes. They asked to pay more taxs than the other ethinic groups. To tell you the truth Oromo Wombera and Dibate are strong enough, the official languge of marketing, marriage, expressing happy or all communication lamguage is in Oroomiifa. But we still learn in Amharic and in future may be in "shinashigna" which is a language of very small society. I am sorry to say this but I can surely say no one find some one who do not speak and hear Oromiffa but no one can find who speak shinashigna. Please think over it these people need your help as you are stand for the Right of Oromo People. As I read you say as follow:

organization (CUD, OLF, ONC, OFDM etc)?

We should always expect
threats and opportunities to implement our policy. Our opportunities are our
16 years tangible performance data. Our threats are any anti our policy
movements and so on.please, don�t hesitate that, to control threats and
continue with the opportunity, Performance data with effective technique
oriented methodology of community promotion are highly instrumental.

Please don�t see the CUD
principle as simple. Result based effective strategy should be designed
through networking to disintegrate them. Oromia should not return back to the
�� nafxagna rule��.

Effective strategy should
also be designed to disintegrate the selfish and the negligent organization,
OLF

Woredas need support:
Politically oriented energetic technical staff should be recommended at caffee
level that will take over the responsibilities of the woredas support in
planning, implementation, follow up and evaluation. This can be implemented
through preparation of checklists and making continuous supervision to the
woredas.

What create bad relation
between the government and the people so that the community/people rebels
against the law and badly participate in the election process? Some can be:-
1)
The leader (woreda/kebele) may be selfish, corrupted, or
agents of others. In this case, the community, due to lack of education,
generalizes the leaders behavior as government character.
2)
The leaders can be, as a whole, with out team sprit and
lacks transparency and good governance.e.g every decision through dictatorship
which is no participatory and the sound of the poor and marginalized people
neglected.
To this end, you should prepare yourself
a head of times of the election process. E.g. the coming woreda and kebele
level election.

In order to disintegrate the OLF
movements specially in Guji area, You should closely supervise the area and do
community discussion.

OPDO
is the true political organization that truly represents the Oromo people. Its
clear missions are regional, national and global. It is an organization that
is formed for the benefit of Oromo people to handover a stick of power and
development to the Oromo`s.
OPDO strengthened and form
``Oromia regional state government``. The Oromia regional state
government designed the ``Oromia regional state policies and strategies``for
the goal of sustainable development of the Oromo nation in particular and the
Ethiopians in general.
The vision that was seen at
the time of OPDOs struggle was; Democratic society, established Good
governance, sustainable Political, Social and Economic development of our
nation. This vision was the most critical and OPDO had decided to work on it,
and succeeded.
Through its designed policies
and strategies toward a goal of development; to implement its vision by using
its regional, national and global mission; OPDO had registered a considerable
qualitative and quantitative socio economic development of Oromia since 1983
E.C to date. This can be witnessed by exact data through the analysis of the
existing situations during the 1983 E.C and comparing it with the present days
situations.
Without hesitation, there has
